Linkchoose is a wireless broadband provider, a supplier of outdoor wireless networks, and we produce short runs of equipment based on the kind of cards we use to produce our own wireless networks.

Broadband

We supply broadband connections to those in the triangle roughly defined by the A41, the A418, and then to just west of the M40 in Buckinghamshire and just into Oxfordshire.  Even here in the home counties, there are many houses who can not get broadband from ADSL as they are too far from their exchanges.

Private Outdoor Wireless networks

If you have a need to connect a wireless IP network outdoors, in particular across distances of up to a few miles, we can help to design the network, source suitable equipment and outdoor equipment, and install and maintain the network.  You have to have a clear line of sight between any two nodes, and that includes trees which must not block the line of sight.

Short Run Equipment design

Having designed and assembled our own equipment for use in our own networks, we can apply the same techniques to short run equipment design.  We specialise in equipment that needs to be installed outdoors, and we use off the shelf components and boards rather than designing and manufacturing specially for any given project.  We use Linux and other Open Source software to give run the equipment and can tailor such software and if necessary extend it to meet your needs.
